Dive Systems has successfully gone live with its new Dive Center Management Software. The software, developed in Malta, handles all aspects of the day to day running of a Dive Center and promises to streamline the business process enabling Dive Systems to move to a paper-less, electronic, centralized administration process.
The software provides a complete Customer Database with all necessary information including certification history. Apart from this, Dive systems can manage its busy dive schedule though an Outlook--like calendar tool designed specifically for the diving industry. The software also prepares dive log sheets electronically for the instructors and verifies equipment stock levels.
The system is rich with features essential for the general business administration of a dive center, such as selling of courses and other dive packages, hiring of equipment and other reporting utilities.
A web module has also been developed to allow key functionality to be added seamlessly to the Dive Systems website in the near future. This will allow Dive Systems to implement a full-fledged eCommerce website in the near future with great ease.
